Life is Better After TNR

cat

Hi, I'm Zelda. For many years, I ran the neighborhood, having litter after litter of kittens. I was a great mama cat, but 75% of my kittens died before they reached six months of age, and, frankly, the best day of my life was in 2014 when I decided to walk into a trap. I didn't know what was going to happen, but I've been so relaxed since then. I'm still a neighborhood cat. I have several people who love me and take care of me (no touching!) I have several porches in the neighborhood that welcome me, but I'm staying on one with a fenced backyard and easy access to a safe space now. If you're not sure if Trap, Neuter, Return (get your eartip -- I was spayed by a vet who didn't know to eartip me) is right for you, take it from me, life is so good afterward.

Top 3 Reasons to Register Your Colony

cats in transfer cages

1. Priority service for Trap, Neuter, Return for your colony.

2. When we can offer "perks" to caregivers, you'll have that opportunity (we'd like to find a way to offer some type of food assistance, since that seems to be of greatest need).

3. You may find someone near you who can help if you have to go out of town or become ill for a period of time. Your cats will experience continuity of care.
